Basic Setup

  1. Create your organization’s account: leandesignforstartups.com/register. The person who creates this account becomes the account "Owner" and has admin privileges.
  2. Easily add collaborators using the ‘Invite Collaborators’ link in the top right of the Portal. (Only visible to account Owners.)
  3. Add content to your Brand Foundation section.
    1. Competitive Landscape: add 5-6 competitors
    2. Vision: fill out included questionnaires, or copy & paste your existing content:
      1. Vision Statement
      2. Purpose
      3. Mission
      4. Values
  4. Navigate to 'Assets > Inspiration': add reference images and ideas for upcoming marketing or product initiatives.
  5. Navigate to 'Assets > Links': add frequently referenced or shared content about your organization.

For Teams: When creating your account, determine whether the archetype selected during account setup is the best fit for your team. If your team members get different results on the Brand Personality Quiz and you’re not sure which archetype to choose, or if you would like to change it, reach out to [email protected].

Explore

Check out your brand’s recommended Design Kits in the Marketplace section. Design Kits include all the resources you need to build a scalable visual brand based on your archetype.

After purchasing a Design Kit, you will have access to the matching Collateral Templates to speed up your work and keep your team effortlessly on brand.

Your portal is meant to be shared. Every time you onboard a new team member, or hire a contractor or agency, your portal can save countless hours (and meetings) getting people up to speed.

Use the 'Invite Collaborators' link to add new members and set their permissions. They will have the ability to either view or edit the contents of your portal to learn about your business asynchronously, find the resources they need, and get to work faster.
