Organization Owner

Organization Owners have special privileges and responsibilities.

• Inviting/Removing Collaborators. Only account Owners can invite or remove team members in your organization’s Positioning Portal. Invitations are sent via email using the ‘Invite Collaborators’ link in the top right of the Positioning Portal.
• Edit Organization Profile. Only account Owners can edit details like your organization’s name, year founded, logo, and products. The Organization Profile page itself will not be viewable by Editors or Viewers, although some details, like your Organization Name will be displayed throughout the portal.
• Setting the Brand Archetype. When creating the organization’s account, you will be asked to select the archetype result from the brand archetype quiz: http://bit.ly/LDBrandQuizInt. This will set the archetype for the entire organization. You can request a change later if needed.
• Edit Content. Account Owners have full editing privileges to content added to your organization’s Positioning Portal

Editor

Editors can both view and edit the content in your Brand Foundation and Assets.

They can view the Marketplace, but can’t view the Organization Profile. They don’t have the ability to invite or remove collaborators.

Viewer

Viewers don’t have the ability to edit any content or invite or remove collaborators.

Viewers can view content added to the Brand Foundation, Assets and Marketplace, but can’t view the Organization Profile or any editable pages (e.g. Competitive Landscape - Edit).
